Yeay.. I've graduated at last. After all the sweat and tears, the long hours in lab and the agony of finishing reports ... uhuk uhuk ( yeah yeah im exaggerating.. im not that hardworking). Felt relieved and a bit sad at the same time. I'll be leaving Sheffield next week..Time flies..4 years...4 years man...That's a long time.. Adik jen pon dah besar.. He was just a week old when we first came here..

Thanks to Encik Photographer aka Am coz he helped a lot. Saba jek with all the karenah kitorang. Kejap nk tangap gamba kat situ and kat sini and macam2 gaya lagik.. huhuhu.. Mama kept complaining.. "Knapa kakak tangkap gamba kasik mama nmpk gemuk?" I cannot help it la mama.. you have to diet if you want to look any thinner but I think you look ok. No need to diet anymore..Hahaha.. Thank god the weather is not too hot although the robe managed to make me feels like chicken panggang..

After Disneyland, we went to Paris. Most of the pictures were taken by Alin coz I was so sleepy. Still need several hours to sleep to recover from Disneyland.

First,we went to Eiffel Tower. It was hot and crowded.Thank god several brilliant people bring along their umbrella. Boleh saya bertumpang teduh.. We have to wait almost 1.5 hours to get to the top. Feels like waiting for a ride in Disneyland. As I was still sleepy, I couldnt appreciate the beauty of it. The view from the top is superb tho.

Finally, we went to Disneyland.. wohoo... feels like a 10-year-old again... The place is full with cute things. The rides wise, I prefer Alton Towers..it gets more adrenaline pumping. Disneyland's is more like a ride through a world of its own.

It was so hot on that day and the queue is so damn long. If they put a swimming pool, I'll definitely become one of the many people who where chillin in there. Panas~~. We just have the time to go to Disneyland Park. It'll be kind of cool to go to Disneyland Studio, see how they make the cartoons and everthing. Next time maybe.

We have so much fun in Disneyland. To relive back all the childhood memories, kitorang naik Madhatter's tea cup ( the cup that spin ), the carousel ( although it feels a bit silly riding the horses), the Pinocchio rides, the rides through the Enchanted Forest and some more..

At the end of the day, we have fun although my legs hurt from all the walking and standing. Nk datang lagik...

Continuation from the Swiss trip..

We went up to the Jungfraujoch mauntain using a train. Very impressed coz i didnt expect train can climb mountain..nyhehehe.. btw, it carried us safely to the top although it was a bit slow ( about 1.5 hour). We reached the top and it was damn cold.. snow everywhere... everyone seems very exited to see the snow except me. i hate snow ... it's too cold ( maner ader snow panas..duh..) .. i just hate it.. sejukla... uhuk uhuk uhuk.. did i mention i hate cold? While everyone bz guling2 and having snowballs fights i've just watched them and helping people taking pictures. Teringat zaman dulu2. When i first saw snow , I pon golek2 and jakun tgk snow. Dahla the thickness of the snow in Sheffield is usually less than 1 inch. So golek2 nmpk tanah.... golek2 nmpk rumput.. Cet...

Atomium & Brussels

Some pictures in Atomium..see that gigantic atomic structure.. basically it's a mini europe where some important europian structures are displayed here. not bad...

Then we went to brussels..the buildings style is typical europian buildings. One of the main attraction here is Manneken pis ( not so sure about the spelling). Basically, its just a statue of a boy taking leak. They are several stories behing this. (Hmm.. quite confused why a boy taking a leak has become so interesting)

The most famous is the one about Duke Godfried II of Brabant. In 1142, the troops of this two-year-old lord were battling against the troops of the Berthouts, the lords of Grimbergen, in Ransbeke (currently Neder-over-Heembeek). The troops put the infant lord in a basket and hung it in a tree, to encourage them. From there, he urinated on the troops of the Berthouts, who eventually lost the battle.

Another legend goes like this: in the 14th century, Brussels was under siege by a foreign power. The city had held their ground for quite some time. The attackers had thought of a plan to place explosive charges at the city walls. A little boy named Juliaanske from Brussels happened to be spying on them as they were preparing. He urinated on the burning fuse and thus saved the city. (Plagiarised from Wikipedia)

I'm not quite conviced tho. How they let a two-year old in a war? and arent the kid scared of the bomb or canon sound and the sights of blood everywhere? Well, its a legend...
